I have never been to TN, but have friends who owned a vacation home there and have heard wonderful things about it.  I'd love to visit some time!

Sparta TN is definitely a safe Real Estate Haven. NO STATE TAXES and very low property taxes? I am off to Sparta TN. I havent stopped by to say hello since I haven't visited your blog in a while. Great post.
