Crossville & Tennessee Blogs

This one's dedicated to the one I love. (Thanks Sis)

This blog is dedicated to my sister "Tera Womack". She has always been my best friend in life and over this past year she has been there for me during a difficult struggle.

Never too busy to take a phone call... and the six hour drive difference between us has never been to long for her to come by and visit me one weekend after the next.

A true loving heart beats in her chest and age old wisdom shines from her young eyes. We don't choose our siblings in life but if I had the chance she would stand out among billions.

Thanks Sister for being just who you are.

Much love from your big sister.

CHRISTINA.

Christina,

It is a good thing to have someone you can turn to even if they are far away.  At least with the computer you aren't far away.  Hey if you have a camara go and download Skype.  It is a video conference software that is free.  You can video call her then.

Well, I come from an even family, I have a brother and a sister, lol. My brother lives in Florida, my sister lives 70 miles away and we all talk often. Of course, we are getting older 60-71. Sisters always seem to look after you tho. Touching post. Thanks

Sis, I come here every day to check out your lastest blog.  What a surprise I found today.  I'm sure you already know the love I have for my big sista.  I've always looked up to you and always will.  You're my hero!

You sound like two marvelous ladies!  My hat's off to you.

I have two sisters who are supportive to me, as well.  I also have a number of friends who are as close as sisters, so those without biological sisters need not feel left out.

Blessed are we who have family and/or friends to support us.  And more blessed are we who support others.

Christina:  Growing up with only a younger brother, I yearned to have a sister.  Someone who understood me.  My brother, to this day, is a bit clueless.  Good guy, funny as can be, but don't think he really gets me.  You're lucky to have each other.  That sister relationship sounds as strong as can be.

I bet it is nice to have such a close relationship with your sister!  I have a fraternal twin sister and it was hard because we were so competitive with each other growing up but now that we are both mothers it has brought us closer together.

What a nice dedication! I have 3 sisters, I love  all three, very, very much. One, however, is my best friend....so I know understand what you mean. Have a great week.

It is heartwarming to see the closeness and love of family.  Its what the world needs more of.

That said, I think I will call my brother in Maine.

refreshing post

What an awesome tribute to your sister and I'm better she is just as proud to have you as a sis as you are to have her as yours.
