The waterfall photos where taken by Rich Stevenson in the Smokies and Cumberland Plateau area!

The first photo is taken at Burgess Falls state park, about 20 minutes from Crossville. Great place to hike and take your doggie too!

Having moved from CA (which in all reality is a big dessert next to the ocean) to Franklin TN, I'm still in awe at the gorgeous scenery we have here.  I can't help but sigh a deep sigh everytime I'm on the road driving through the more rural parts of TN.  I have yet to visit th emountains and plateau, and I can't wait - I'm positive I won't be disappointed!
