I love the wood floors. I once lived in Chattanooga, TN for 4 years.  But I'm a Florida native and here I am.

Sure wish you could buy a home like that here.  Very pretty with the hardwood floors.  In our area a home like that would probably be in the $500's since land is at a premium.
